Ms. Amy Renea Shelton, age 40, of Cookeville, passed from this life Friday, May 11th, at her residence. Amy was born in Dickson, TN on August 11, 1971, a daughter of Martha (Stewart) and Donnie Flatt and Kenneth Steven Hill. Ms. Amy truly loved her work as a nurse, both in home health and private duty care.

  A celebration of Amy's life will be held at 3pm, Saturday, May 19th, 2012, at Double Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Randy Franklin officiating. Visitation with family and friends will be held prior to the service, from 1-3pm, at the church.

 nephew - Braxton Bennett of Cookeville
